A-CASI system for New York City Department of Health

Panna Technologies has been contracted by the New York City Department of Health (DOH) for the creation of two A-CASI systems for a CDC funded project of collecting risk data among MSM and HIV infected persons who have reported no identifiable risk. Using our in-house rapid development system, we are able to provide the DOH with a portable data collection tool using touch-screen monitors and natural voice audio prompts to gather the data seamlessly. Features of the system include multiple language support, complex text piping schemes, and support for the most complcated skip-pattern processing.
Pannatech's in-house tools allow for images as well as videos to be presented to the user.
Support for 3 languages is provided.
Standard data collection elements such as check boxes are used for user familiarity.
Typewriter elements allow for the gathering of open-ended questions.
Numeric keypad element allows for the gathering of numeric data.
Dates can be entered using the data element that allows for full or partial data information to be gathered.
Multiple responses are allowed using the radio button control.
